Welcome to Growth with Rick! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Growth with Rick website, software, and services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). 3. Payment and Billing

If the Service requires payment, you agree to pay all fees as specified. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Growth with Rick reserves the right to change pricing or introduce new fees upon notice.

4.1 Ownership: Growth with Rick retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights related to the Growth with Rick software and associated materials.

4.2 Client Data: Growth with Rick does not claim ownership of any data or information you provide while using the Service. You grant Growth with Rick the right to use and process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Growth with Rick reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
